With 90+ employees and first devices already placed with customers, the company is rapidly scaling its Cloud & Connectivity Platform.

The Role As a Junior/Medior Cloud Engineer, you will join the Platform Team and build the cloud infrastructure powering secure device connectivity and system integrations.

You will design, implement, and operate AWS-based infrastructure and backend services that connect Vitestro’s platform with hospital systems, laboratory systems, and SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and operate AWS cloud infrastructure

Build backend components for workflows and data exchange

Develop integrations (REST APIs, events, messaging, webhooks, secure file exchange)

Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi)

Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams in an agile environment

Your Profile

2+ years experience in cloud or backend engineering

Strong experience integrating APIs and external systems

Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code

Familiar with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

Comfortable working with Linux, Python, and scripting

Builder mindset with ownership and quality focus
