DevOps Engineer

The Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and AI‑driven infrastructure. In this role, you won't just be managing servers; you will be a key architect in a cloud‑native environment, utilizing AI tools to automate security, optimize performance, and mentor the next generation of developers. This is an ideal position for someone with at least three years of experience who thrives in a growth‑oriented, collaborative culture.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins, leveraging AI to optimize testing and deployment cycles;

Implement AI‑driven security tools (e.g., Snyk) for vulnerability scanning and ensure strict adherence to GDPR and healthcare regulations through automated reporting;

Design and manage scalable architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi;

Configure and manage network infrastructure (VLANs, firewalls, load balancers) and perform advanced Linux administration and performance tuning;

Use AI‑based analytics (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the CTO to scale infrastructure based on these insights;

Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and DevOps best practices.

Your Profile

At least three years in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, with a specific focus on integrating AI‑driven tools;

Proficient in Terraform or Pulumi;

Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab;

Solid understanding of Linux Systems Administration, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals;

Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);

Hands‑on experience with AI monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) and a deep understanding of security best practices for GDPR and healthcare compliance;

You are a proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;

You have a passion for mentoring others and a drive to stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI technologies.
