Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Business Development Manager

to lead the expansion of our

Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage solutions

in

Netherlands . This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the rapidly growing energy storage market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for C&I energy storage projects across the Netherlands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C&I customers, EPC partners, utilities, and local authorities.

Lead the full sales cycle, from initial market analysis and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project development, finance) to ensure technical and commercial feasibility of solutions.

Stay updated on market trends, policies, and regulatory changes in the

Benelux

energy storage and renewable sector.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the

Benelux

C&I energy storage segment.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in the energy storage, solar, or renewable energy sectors.

Strong understanding of the C&I energy storage market, including storage technologies, system integration, and commercial models.

Proven track record of closing deals and managing B2B customer relationships in Germany.

Fluent in English;

Dutch

language skills highly desirable.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
