Maintenance Planner

About the Role As a Maintenance Planner, you ensure that all technical and maintenance activities at our Ingredients factory are safely and efficiently prepared, planned, and executed. You manage work scopes, materials, permits, planning, contractors, and ensure flawless coordination with production and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities -Define work scope, estimate labour, duration & materials -Prepare work permits and safety documentation -Request quotes and coordinate external contractors -Plan work on short- and long-term basis -Align daily with production, technicians, and TD -Monitor progress vs planning & adjust priorities -Manage administrative tasks, documentation & invoicing -Improve preventive maintenance and standardize workflows

Your Profile -MBO4/HBO in WTB, E&I, Mechatronics, Engineering -2+ years planning experience in process industry or technician wanting to step into planning -Knowledge of SAP/Ultimo + LEAN/TPM/RCM -Strong communicator, proactive and structured -Dutch & English required -Stress-resistant and flexible
