Scrum Master

Scrum Master As a Scrum Master, you are the catalyst for team development and change. You help the team maintain a stable environment while simultaneously growing towards ownership of the future platform. You encourage ownership, self‑organisation, and proactivity, and you challenge the team to collaborate, deliver quality, and continuously improve.

You'll help remove obstacles within the team and between teams, due to the many interdependencies within the chain. Thanks to your technical background, you understand the complexities of back‑end systems and speak the language of developers, engineers, and testers.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

Coaching and facilitating : Can guide teams in collaboration, ownership and self‑organisation;

Identifying and breaking patterns that hinder ownership, collaboration or progress;

Creating a culture in which learning, continuous improvement and ownership are central;

Support the Product Owner in optimising the product backlog and prioritisation;

Coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to address dependencies in the chain in a timely manner;

Stimulate technical improvement initiatives (such as CI/CD, test automation and monitoring);

Help develop broad deployability within the team, so that work can be tackled jointly and flexibly.

The Scrum Master will ideally have the following skills:

Experience with team development and behavioural change;

Strong coaching skills - both individually and at the team level;

You understand the technical context of back‑end systems (such as APIs, CI/CD and monitoring) and can translate this into clear collaboration and decision‑making;

Certification in Scrum (PSM I/II or CSM), preferably supplemented with SAFe, LeSS or other Agile scaling frameworks;

A hands‑on mentality: you bring calmness, overview and decisiveness to a complex environment.
