We are seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic Partnerships and Media Solutions Manager to lead and grow partnerships with key accounts across the travel ecosystemโincluding airlines, hotel groups, and attractions. This role is critical in driving partner success and revenue growth through integrated marketing and media solutions, collaborative projects, and data-driven strategies.
You will act as the primary relationship owner, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and scalable business growth.
In this Role, youโll get to:
Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with global partners (airlines, hotels, attractions), ensuring long-term value for both parties.
Marketing Solutions & Campaigns: Develop and implement joint marketing campaigns, media and advertising solutions, and branded initiatives aligned with partner objectives and market trends.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyse partner performance data, campaign results, and market insights to optimise strategy and present actionable insights.
Presentations & Business Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, quarterly business reviews, and strategic partnership proposals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams to align on execution and innovation.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in partnership management, media and advertising, business development, or account management, ideally within the travel industry
Strong understanding of the global travel landscape and digital marketing platforms
Proven track record of developing marketing solutions and managing partner campaigns
Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, global environment
