Finance Director Benelux

In the Benelux, the headquarters in Hoofddorp oversees three production sites and contributes approximately €200 million in revenue.

The Finance Director will lead the business, financial and industrial supervision of all the subsidiaries in the Central Europe market, especially in The Netherlands. He/She will coordinate both local teams (located in the different production plants) and business partners in HQ to ensure the proper control and the accomplishment of the Business Plan for the region. He/She will report to the Europe Finance Director and to the General Manager Benelux & Nordics

Key Responsibilities Lead monthly closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes Oversee P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow performance Being part of the Management team and act as strategic partner to Sales, Operations, and senior leadership Drive cost control, profitability improvement, and pricing strategy Supervise industrial controlling (plants, costing, stock, KPI monitoring) Lead ERP (JD Edwards) integration and M&A financial integration Build and develop a high-performing local Finance team

Profile Degree in Business Administration or Economics 6–8 years in Big Four audit is a must, ideally combined with 3–5 years in a multinational (Food/industrial preferred) Strong analytical mindset and hands-on approach Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments Fluent in Dutch and English Advanced Excel; ERP knowledge (JD Edwards preferred)
