The job profile
The company is looking for a Director Group Reporting to drive the transformation of its international group finance function and redefine how financial information supports the business. In this role, you will create an integrated, automated, and forward-looking reporting environment, oversee consolidation and compliance, and ensure the smooth integration of newly acquired business units. You will also standardize processes, strengthen controls, and elevate both financial and sustainability reporting to deliver actionable insights.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will lead a small, high-performing team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be at the forefront of major transformation initiatives, including system modernization, new reporting standards, and the expansion of sustainability reporting, ensuring that reporting not only meets regulatory requirements but also drives strategic decisions across the global organization.

Education & Experience:
Masterโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Extensive experience (10+ years) in financial reporting, consolidation, or accounting
Proven leadership experience managing an accounting and reporting team
Knowledge of IFRS standards
Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems/ERP platforms
Experience in sustainability or ESG reporting is an advantage
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
