To be centrally located and close to our clients, you ideally reside in the Bordeaux area . Role and Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives. Expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications. Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions. Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support. Provide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus. Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets Professional English and French language skills are a must have. A valid driving license is mandatory Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling) Travel 70% travelling incl. regular overnight stays (weekly 1-2) Benefits We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
