What will you do? As a production worker, you’ll play a key role in the stroopwafel production process – one of the most iconic Dutch products. This job is varied and dynamic, giving you plenty of room to learn new skills. Your daily tasks include: Measuring and adding ingredients to create the perfect recipe Setting up machines and monitoring product quality Spotting and fixing minor issues or reporting them to the operator Refilling supplies and keeping the line running smoothly Assisting with machine adjustments and setups Following strict hygiene and safety procedures at all times You will start as a production worker, but motivated employees can advance to operator or process operator roles quickly. Work schedule (3-shift system): Monday: Morning: 03:00 – 12:00 Afternoon: 12:00 – 21:00 Night: 21:00 – 06:30 Tues–Fri: Morning: 06:30 – 14:30 Afternoon: 14:30 – 22:30 Night: 22:30 – 06:30
