To support this next phase, Morphotonics is seeking a

Senior Supply Chain Engineer

with a strong scale-up and execution mindset.

What You’ll Do In this role, you operate at the intersection of strategic sourcing, data analytics, and systems optimization, taking ownership of supplier strategy, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers in a fast-scaling environment. Develop and implement procurement strategies for key components and suppliers: Lead RFQ processes, supplier selection, and cost breakdown analysis. Use data analytics to identify cost, quality, and delivery improvements across the supply chain. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support performance monitoring and decision-making. Act as key user for ERP and supply chain systems, improving master data quality and process standardization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a data-driven and strategically strong supply chain professional who combines analytical depth with decisive execution and takes full ownership in a fast-scaling high-tech environment.

Must-Haves: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain engineering, or supply chain analytics. Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation experience with measurable results. Excellent analytical skills and affinity with data tools (ERP, BI, SQL or similar). Proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves: Experience in high-tech, hardware, or advanced manufacturing environments. Experience scaling supply chains in a growth-stage or scale-up company. Strong knowledge of cost breakdown analysis and value engineering. Experience supporting ERP implementations or system optimization projects. Exposure to global supplier networks and international sourcing.
