Role Overview The

EMEA Senior Offline Channel Manager

is a new senior-level role focused on defining targets, shaping customer strategy, improving in-store visibility, optimizing pricing and margin structures, and ensuring coordinated execution across markets. The role reports directly to the EMEA General Manager and works in close collaboration with Country Managers and Sales Managers (without direct reporting lines), ensuring strong coordination while preserving local accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Revenue Ownership for the EMEA region Define and align offline sales targets by market and key accounts, ensuring consistency with regional strategy; Own and drive overall offline revenue performance; Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective action plans; Deliver sustainable, profitable growth across retail and distribution channels; Lead acceleration plans of offline channel in strategic and development markets;

Offline Channel Strategy Develop and execute the EMEA offline channel strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives; Build structured customer strategies by channel and key account in collaboration with Country Managers; Lead and support strategic negotiations with top PAN EU regional accounts; Identify and unlock new retail and distribution opportunities across EMEA; Ensure optimal portfolio positioning across different retail tiers;

Channel Pricing Strategy Align pricing and margin frameworks across markets to ensure channel consistency. Implement pricing guidance across priority markets, support harmonization between channels. Support trade terms governance: MDF, promotional funding and retail offline resources. Develop premium brand positioning through disciplined promotional funding.

Resource Planning & Organizational Design Define required resources, capabilities, and structural needs for offline development. Identify capability gaps and build sales development roadmap. Drive best practices across markets between PAN EU accounts and market proximity. Evaluate ROI of marketing and commercial investment and recommend resource allocation

Market & Retail Execution Define EMEA retail offline excellence standards and KPIs. Develop and support joint business plans with top key accounts. Often visit key offline stores and retail partners across EMEA. Support Country Managers and Sales Managers in negotiations, sell-in/sell-out strategies, and retail excellence. Drive in-store visibility, brand positioning and execution standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment. Ensure seamless omnichannel strategy without channel conflict. Act as the central point of accountability for offline channel performance at regional level.

The ideal Candidate Profile will satisfy these

main requirements :

Experience & Background 15+ years of experience in retail, distribution, or offline channel sales management within consumer electronics, wearables, or related industries. Proven track record of managing multi-country EMEA retail environments. Strong experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and channel governance. Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments. International exposure and comfort working across diverse markets. Exposure to omnichannel integration challenges. Skills & Competencies Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Commercially driven with full P&L and revenue ownership mindset. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. High analytical capability with structured problem-solving approach. Ability to operate without direct authority while driving alignment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
