Sales Manager, Small Business - EMEA We have an exciting opening in Amsterdam for a Small Business Sales Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone advancing into their second leadership position. The individual will have demonstrated success in sales leadership and is ready to enhance team performance. They will lead skilled Account Executives, drive results, and empower small businesses across EMEA through impactful technology. Responsibilities

Guiding, mentoring, and advancing a team of Account Executives, enabling them to achieve and surpass their sales objectives.

Building and executing sales strategies tailored to a part of the EMEA Small Business market, using data insights to spot opportunities and optimize performance.

Tracking team metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and creating action plans that drive consistent success.

Uncovering new business opportunities and bringing creative ideas to grow markets.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Providing clear, data-driven updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trends to senior leadership.

Using Salesforce CRM to manage activity, pipeline, and reporting with precision.

Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience and a solid background in B2B sales (≈10 years total).

Demonstrated expertise working in a rapidly expanding, analytics-focused setting.

Demonstrated expertise in the EMEA Small Business environment.

Strong English plus at least one additional European language; exceptional communication skills for consultative selling.

Proficiency in data tools and CRM systems to analyze information, monitor outcomes, and support informed decision-making.
