will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of multiple Earthing & Lightning Protection project sites in Groningen. This role requires strong on-site leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage drawings, snagging, dailies, and staff task allocation. The Foreman will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee overall operations and maintenance of Earthing & Lightning Protection projects, ensuring smooth and efficient site activity. Lead daily site activities, including managing dailies, drawings, task allocation, and snagging. Develop and implement work plans, maintenance schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal resource utilisation and timely task completion. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate closely with the site team to resolve challenges and reduce disruptions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Project Managers, ensuring expectations and concerns are addressed. Foster a positive site culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and industry standards. Implement, promote, and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry overseeing multiple sites, ideally in a foreman or site management capacity. Strong on-site leadership capabilities with proven experience managing drawings, snagging, daily reporting, and task assignment. Electrical background desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and people management skills; ability to motivate a diverse workforce. Strong client relationship management and customer-centric approach. English required; Comfortable working in challenging site environments and managing mixed agency labour teams. Highly reliable, flexible, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
