About the Role The Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for strategically expanding our restaurant portfolio, focusing particularly on key cities where we need to enhance our market presence. This role requires leveraging cold calling and email skills to prospect, qualify restaurants against established partnership criteria, and generate sales opportunities.

The Account Executive will show excellence in managing the sales process within internal systems, which includes scheduling field visits and ensuring the successful onboarding of new restaurant partners onto our delivery platform. Furthermore, the AE will actively assist with new team member onboarding, training initiatives, tool implementation, and supporting other crucial projects that drive commercial excellence, such as the launch of new internal ways of working and products.

What you'll do

Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with restaurants across selected cities.

Manage complex contract negotiations, specifically including sustainable economics for both parties, with knowledgeable and experienced prospects.

You will manage the whole sales cycle, including cold calls, pitching, negotiation, onboarding and the first month on the platform.

Clearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products to prospects.

Coordinate restaurant activation by working with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth restaurant experience.

Keep in touch with your recently signed restaurants to ensure a great start on the platform.

Be responsible for the full restaurant partner performance in the first 28-day merchant lifetime.

Help coach, develop and train sales reps in order to maximise productivity across the group.

What you'll have

Fluency in Dutch and English.

Degree level education.

6 months+ external sales experience.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage your pipeline and end-to-end sales cycles.

Extraordinary listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiences.

Results-oriented, target-driven, proactive, highly motivated, and self-motivated (a strong hustler).

Comfortable at managing your own time and having clear prioritisation skills.

Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems.

Ability to develop and use innovative sales strategies to successfully engage with potential clients.
