directly with the leadership team of a leading tech company based in Utrecht. About the Role As an

AE , you’ll be responsible for the full commercial process – from first contact to signed contract. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and know how to convince clients of complex, often AI-driven solutions. This role demands curiosity, boldness, and a willingness to continuously learn. You'll be working in an environment marked by rapid technological change, high customer expectations, and a culture that values quality over quantity. It’s the perfect role for someone aiming to grow into a full-fledged solution seller and ready for a steep learning curve. What You’ll Do Own the entire sales process: from first outreach to closing Operate in a complex, strategic B2B environment Proactively approach the market with creativity and initiative Understand client challenges and translate them into high-quality solutions Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with management and clients Contribute ideas for AI-driven marketing and sales solutions Work with HubSpot (sales & marketing) What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a BDR or in consultative sales If you have already been an AE, that's a big plus Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive Eagerness to learn and develop within solution selling Interest in AI, tech, and the future of commercial processes Comfortable in a complex, fast-changing environment Experience with HubSpot is a plus What You Get Competitive salary between €50,000 – €75,000 (depending on experience) Challenging, content-rich sales role with real impact Flexible work setup: 2 to 3 days per week in the Utrecht office High responsibility and direct collaboration with the management team A profitable, growing company that invests in your development Strong incentives & growth opportunities Should we speak further?
