Pega Technical Lead:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Pega Technical Lead for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Role Description: This role involves leading a technical team in the implementation and support of Pega applications while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Pega applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Pega-based technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and design innovative solutions to optimize Pega applications. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with existing enterprise systems and technologies.

Skill Requirements: Proficiency in Pega application development, customization, and maintenance. Strong understanding of Pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and UI/UX development. Experience leading technical teams in Pega application implementation and support projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex Pega technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Certifications (Preferred): Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
