3rd Line Support Engineer

Enzo Tech Group are working with a rapidly growing healthcare organisation who are embarking on a major infrastructure and IT maturity programme as the business scales nationally.

They require a 3rd Line Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer to join them on an initial 12-month contract.

This role will focus on stabilising and professionalising the organisation’s infrastructure environment while implementing core Microsoft security and device management tooling across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line support across infrastructure and systems, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues

Support servers, networking, backup systems and security tooling across the organisation

Assess the current infrastructure environment and identify opportunities for modernisation and improvement

Implement and configure Microsoft tooling including Entra ID, Intune, Defender and endpoint management

Support infrastructure rollout and troubleshooting across multiple locations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience providing 3rd line infrastructure or senior technical support

Microsoft ecosystem expertise including Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender

Experience supporting Windows-based infrastructure environments

Knowledge of networking technologies including Fortinet / Fortigate firewalls and enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure

Experience working across hybrid environments including on-premise and hosted infrastructure

Duration: Initial 12-month contract with potential extension

Hybrid working – 2 days onsite in Amsterdam

Occasional travel may be required across locations in the Netherlands
