Overview

The Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Erasmus MC invites applications from outstanding scientists for a faculty position (Assistant or Associate Professor) within the Hepatology Unit. We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative investigator to develop an innovative, laboratory-based translational research program focused on liver diseases. The successful candidate will explore fundamental disease mechanisms and/or novel therapeutic strategies that contribute to improving the diagnosis and treatment of liver disorders. Candidates employing modern genetic, biochemical, bioinformatic, or other advanced approaches are particularly encouraged to apply. Exceptional senior candidates may also be considered.
