Job Purpose Join our

Technology Strategy & Portfolio

to play a key role in shaping and activating The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s AI and Innovation agenda. In this critical role, you will lead the design, deployment, and communication of IT strategy initiatives – particularly around digital literacy, AI awareness, and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities AI & Digital Literacy Programme

Support the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of the company-wide AI and Digital Literacy programme.

Coordinate learning content, internal communications, and adoption activities.

Partner with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure materials and sessions are relevant, engaging, and accessible.

IT Communications & Engagement

Lead planning and delivery of all IT communications, including IT Townhalls, learning moments, and spotlight sessions.

Manage content creation and channel execution (e.g., Viva Engage, email campaigns, internal newsletters).

Act as the go‑to person for ensuring clarity, consistency, and excitement in our IT messaging.

Innovation Cycle Support

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements for innovation pilots.

Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

Support tracking, documentation, and communication of pilot progress and outcomes.

Skills And Experience Required

2–4 years’ experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, product ownership, or related roles.

Strong understanding of digital, data, and emerging technologies – especially AI.

Experience with managing internal communications.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and work autonomously.

Comfortable translating complex topics into simple, compelling narratives.

Desirable

Exposure to innovation processes, pilot delivery, or design thinking methodologies.

Experience in Consumer Goods.
