Operator packaging - Start People

Overview

As a Packaging Operator, you contribute to a smooth packaging process at our production site in Breda. You work in a three-shift system and ensure that our products meet the established quality standards. With your technical skills and attention to detail, you resolve malfunctions and adapt to changing production requirements. In addition, you work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure an efficient process. Responsibilities

Operate and set up both automated and manual packaging machines to ensure a smooth process Carry out quality checks and document any deviations in accordance with established guidelines Resolve technical malfunctions and perform minor maintenance in collaboration with the technical department Change over production lines when there are changes in the production process Ensure a safe and clean working environment What we offer

Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,750 (including allowances). Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position Full-time role in a three-shift system Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer 8% holiday pay and opportunities for career advancement within the company A free candy package every month At Start People, we reward according to the principle of equal pay; your employment conditions always match those of colleagues who are directly employed by the client. This means that, in addition to the hourly wage, elements such as the number of days off, allowances, ADV compensation, and other wage components are also included in your employment conditions. Requirements

Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging departments. Full-time availability in a three-shift system. Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written. Own transportation to our location in Breda. Enthusiastic and eager to learn. About the company
