Packaging Developer

As a Packaging Developer at FrieslandCampina, you play a central role in turning complex requirements into smart, compliant and sustainable packaging solutions. You collaborate daily with colleagues from R&D, marketing, procurement, quality and supply chain; as well as with suppliers and co‑manufacturers across the globe. Your scope covers the full range of packaging technologies and formats. You lead packaging development from concept to industrial implementation, ensuring solutions meet consumer expectations, operational needs and legislative requirements (including PPWR). Whether you are improving recyclability, enhancing supply chain performance, qualifying alternative materials, optimizing secondary packaging or developing packaging for a new product concept, your work has impact across the entire value chain, from our member farmers to our customers and consumers.
