Your Role: As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Provide clear, professional, and solution-focused assistance

Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes

What Were Looking For:

Native or fluent Dutch speaker

Good level of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
