Site Supervisor Decommissioning / Civil Project Manager (Industry)

In this role as Site Supervisor Decommissioning / Civil Project Manager, you are the main point of contact on-site. You will supervise operators, groundworkers, project staff, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You combine the role of supervisor with project management tasks: overseeing planning, budgets, safety, and quality within industrial decommissioning and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Daily supervision of employees and subcontractors within industrial decommissioning and civil projects

Preparing, coordinating, and guiding activities: from load-in/load-out to dismantling installations, jackets, and topsides

Monitoring planning, working hours, and budgets using the digital project management system

Organizing toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and safety instructions

Managing material handling, waste disposal, and related administration

Identifying variations (additional or reduced work) and reporting to project management

Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Who Are You?

Completed MBO-4 / HBO (Bachelor level or equivalent) degree in Civil Engineering or similar

Proven experience as a supervisor or project manager in the industrial decommissioning or civil sector

VCA VOL (or equivalent safety certification)

Knowledge of equipment and materials within the demolition, civil, and decommissioning industry

Valid driver’s license B(E)

Strong command of Dutch, basic English is an advantage (full English proficiency is preferred for international candidates)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
