Data & AI transformation

and are looking for a

Data & AI Engineering Manager

to lead teams toward higher engineering maturity while guiding cloud-native adoption and ensuring platform stability.

The role • Coach and lead data engineering teams to improve delivery, quality, and collaboration • Drive adoption of

cloud-native, Agile, and DevOps practices • Maintain reliability of existing data solutions during modernisation • Improve cross-team alignment and integration of data products • Partner closely with engineering, data, and product stakeholders

Your background • Engineering Manager experience within

data engineering / AI environments • Proven track record leading

cloud-native or engineering maturity transformations • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Fluent Dutch and English
