As a Floor Manager you will ensure everything on the casino floor runs smoothly. You will be visible, lead by example, welcome guests, be the contact point for colleagues and guests, resolve questions and challenges swiftly. You will coach the team during service, motivate staff and maintain the quality of our hospitality. You will also ensure all activities follow proper procedures and that the casino always complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the service and maintain oversight.

Identify and address bottlenecks promptly.

Serve as liaison for guests and employees.

Coach, motivate and develop the team.

Manage inventory and perform daily operational tasks.

Ensure compliance with casino policies, safety and responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a dynamic environment (hospitality, leisure, or horeca).

Minimum availability of 28 hours per week.

Flexible – casino open 24/7; will work variable shifts; own vehicle and a valid B driver's licence required.

Fluency in Dutch.

Strong communication skills, ability to maintain overview, and a passion for hospitality.

Background in teamwork and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits

Gross starting salary of €2,725 per month.

24/7 allowance of €300 per month.

Additional earnings: 50% after 01:00 for night shift, 100% on holidays.

8% vacation pay, 25 vacation days plus 2 extra days when not ill.

Travel allowance €0.21 per km and pension scheme.
