Fulfilment Analyst – Local Items (temporary) Mattel EMEA is looking for a Fulfilment Analyst to support the execution of Local Items (LIs) across its brands. The role is temporary, focused on ensuring timely, full availability of LIs for customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the production of Local Items (assemblies, displays, bundles) to meet on‑time, on‑full delivery targets.

Track rework components starting at least 3 months before, and ideally as soon as the LI is set up, ensuring all items (cardboard, instructions, planograms, labels, pallets, etc.) are ready for production.

Enforce rework procedures and timelines in collaboration with all parties involved.

Participate in weekly planning meetings with Key Account Managers, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Inventory Analysts, Customer Fulfilment and Logistics to align on Local Item planning.

Escalate and resolve complex issues expediently, coordinating with stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks.

Admin tasks: update reservations, create Intransits for component receipts, process Pack Requests accurately and time‑fully, and clean up leftover components at project or quarterly end.

Collaborate with local commercial teams and Trade Marketing on long‑term Local Item plans.

Maintain Local Item data in the master file for rework tracking and planning.

Partner with Logistics on long‑term (3–12 months) Local Item needs, analysing supply match at item and dashboard levels and flagging issues to Demand Planners and Inventory Analysts.

Provide feedback to markets, analysing KPIs such as SLA adherence, ROI, and cost analysis.

Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives, delivering potential cost savings and process enhancements.

Execute projects and initiatives to improve the overall Local Item process, collaborating across teams and with stakeholders up to the Country Manager.

Maintain process documentation and manuals to ensure process adherence and training.

Act as a key user and back‑up for all markets.

Qualifications

Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Italian or German is beneficial.

Advanced knowledge of supply‑chain processes and at least 3 years of experience within supply chain.

Experience in logistics operations is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Tableau is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and numerical accuracy in data entry.

Ownership mindset with courage to drive and lead processes.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate supply‑chain concepts into clear language for non‑specialists.

Ability to navigate complexity across multiple markets, balancing priorities and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments.

Influencing skills, flexibility, proactivity and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Team‑oriented approach and capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
