Functie

- Manage and improve the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to ensure smooth operations.

- Oversee invoicing, collections, and cash application activities.

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer billing and payment issues.

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators related to OTC processes.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on OTC performance.

- Support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.

- Lead and mentor the OTC team to achieve departmental goals.

Profiel

- Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process.

- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
