Your role:

As a Service Delivery Representative, you are the spider in the web within our Services team. You support a wide range of service‑related activities and ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and partners.

Your work spans service desk support, contract activation, quotation preparation, and supporting ITAD‑related activities. You enjoy switching between tasks, keeping overview, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role combines service coordination, customer communication, and commercial awareness, perfect for someone who enjoys both operational detail and client‑facing work.

Your responsibilities:

Support service desk activities, including support contract activation and administrative follow‑up.

Prepare and manage service quotations for support, lifecycle services, and ITAD‑related activities.

Coordinate service delivery across operations, logistic partners, and external service providers.

Monitor progress, ensure SLA adherence, and manage updates to customers and stakeholders.

Safeguard compliance with data‑security and environmental standards (such as ESG, ISO 27001, WEEE, GDPR).

Maintain complete, audit‑ready documentation for every ITAD project.

Identify cross‑selling and service‑improvement opportunities through customer and internal interactions.

Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback and contributing ideas to strengthen our service offering.

Your day in the office:

Your day starts with a coffee and a quick catch‑up with your team, sharing laughs and stories from the weekend.

You dive into your work. Answering emails, handling a service request, and assisting customers from all over the world. Every request is different, keeping your day dynamic and exciting.

You join a meeting with your team, discussing ways to improve customer service, explore cross‑ and up‑selling opportunities, and ensure the best possible support for our clients.

You enjoy a lovely buffet lunch while you try to master some of the 25+ different languages spoken by our coworkers when chatting with them – and after you have a quick yet competitive ping‑pong match with your teammates.

Back to business. You have a Teams meeting with a customer to discuss their needs, offer solutions, and strengthen the relationship.

You put on your headphones with your favorite music and work on some administration.

You wrap up your work day to update the client on the latest status of a large decommissioning activity. Since we work with international customers, there might be an occasional request after hours coming your way, but with flexibility comes opportunity! Before heading home you join a fun workout in the company gym. This is you:

You have a bachelor’s diploma in any field.

You have a commercial and positive mindset.

You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, project management, IT lifecycle management or logistics.

You are interested in IT and sustainability; understanding of IT hardware is a plus.

You are structured, proactive, and enjoy keeping projects under control.

You are efficient and proactive and bring an enthusiastic and can‑do feeling to customers and colleagues.

You enjoy working in a varied role and feel comfortable switching between different tasks and priorities.

You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.

You are not afraid of taking on new or unfamiliar tasks, and you do not stop unless the problem is solved.

You are a team player, stress‑resistant, and can work under tight deadlines with the team or alone.
