As an MS365 Consultant, you’ll be part of our Managed Services team, designing, implementing, and optimising solutions across Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365, while contributing monthly insights to a living Microsoft roadmap.

Responsibilities
Optimise and execute MS365 solutions across Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, translating business objectives into secure, scalable configurations.
Deliver a monthly Microsoft innovation report: highlight feature updates, prioritise adoption, and flag risks/opportunities for customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide functional support and operations: handle incidents, requests, and problems for MS365 business apps; make customer‑specific adjustments without disrupting production.
Maintain healthy, compliant SharePoint and Power Platform environments, acting as the functional ambassador in tickets and customer touchpoints.
Apply change management rigor to ensure timely, risk‑free execution.
Contribute to small projects and migrations (e.g., SharePoint restructuring, Power Apps enhancements), growing depth in MS365 apps.
Bridge policy and technology: translate technical possibilities into clear functional solutions and articulate the “why” for adoption.
Document what you build: maintain concise technical/functional documentation for supported customers.
Required Qualifications
2+ years in Microsoft‑centric environments.
Comfortable working in both English and Dutch.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how users work within it (functional + light technical).
Basic familiarity with ITIL service concepts (incidents, requests, problems, changes).
Hands‑on with SharePoint (site architecture, permissions, content lifecycle).
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (functional configuration, troubleshooting, incremental improvement).
Preferred Experience (We’ll Help You Grow These)
PowerShell for basic admin/automation tasks and familiarity with Copilot features in M365.
Exposure to Azure (AAD/Entra ID, app registrations, conditional access) as it relates to M365.
Experience with ShareGate Migrate.
Certifications such as MS‑900 or PL‑900 (or motivation to achieve them with our support).
Skills
Ability to prioritise and stay calm with multiple requests in flight.
