We are currently looking for a

Junior O2C Specialist

to join an international finance operations team in

Porto, Portugal . This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in

Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable within a global business environment .

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Days Off:

Saturday and Sunday

Salary:

1,557.10€ x 14 months + benefits + bonus

What You'll Do

Support

Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes

Monitor and follow up on

customer payments and outstanding balances

Ensure accurate

financial records and documentation

Work with internal teams and customers to

resolve billing and payment issues

Assist with

reporting and financial analysis

Maintain strong

customer service and communication standards

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

At least

6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations

(2–5 years is a plus)

Knowledge of

accounting and finance principles

Good analytical skills with

MS Excel knowledge

(VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred)

Familiarity with

ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

is a plus

Dutch (C1) and English (C1)

proficiency

Strong

attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service orientation
