Internal Auditor (J-SOx)

Job Description As an Internal Auditor, you will play a central role in ensuring that business processes meet risk management standards while supporting operational and financial excellence. You will act as a strategic partner across the organization, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate, timely financial data delivery.

Your responsibilities include

Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Monitoring and maintaining the quality, accuracy, and completeness of financial data within operational processes.

Designing and implementing a robust

Process Control Framework

to streamline operations and standardize practices across business units.

Developing and managing operational quality frameworks and tools for performance tracking, planning, and quality assessment.

Collaborating with departments to identify and address internal and external audit findings.

Providing guidance on internal controls, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Driving process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across EMEA business functions.

This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to ensure operational consistency and financial integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Auditing, Finance OR Accounting

Experience with SOx, J-SOx is highly preferred

Big4 background is a plus

3-7 years of relevant experience in an international environmentli>

Experience with project work

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch is a nice to have

Proactive and organized team player

SSC Experience is a plus
