The Role & Responsibilities You will work closely with a global team to drive change, open new opportunities, and accelerate growth for both the clients and the firm. The role involves delivering exceptional results by advising on: Global Restructuring Projects and outsourcing projects. Complex Employee Relations matters. High-stakes issues around Discrimination and Whistleblowing. Termination of Employment processes. Data Protection aspects in the employment context. Handling claims and litigation across the Employment Tribunal, High Court, and County Court (advocacy is not required). Protection of Confidentiality and other business interests during corporate transactions. Delivering tailored client training. About You We are seeking approachable but confident lawyers with strong potential who thrive in a collaborative environment. While our client does not set rigid upper or lower limits of PQE for this role, candidates with 3 to 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) are likely to have the requisite level of knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent). Be an employment law specialist with significant experience managing complex restructures. Have experience advising international clients on multi-country projects and working across various jurisdictions. Have managed Employment Tribunal litigation up to and including hearings. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a real focus on teamwork, and superb attention to detail. Be commercially astute and stay current on key legal and business news. Be ambitious, enthusiastic, and demonstrate a clear desire to progress their career. Have one or more areas of special interest/expertise (e.g., sector experience, worker status, NMW, discrimination, data privacy, industrial relations).
