About the Role This company are seeking an experienced

Lead Insights Manager

to join a global organisation on a

12-month contract .

This role will lead the insights agenda across multiple markets, combining

qualitative and quantitative data

to inform strategic decision-making at a senior level.

In addition to hands-on insight leadership, you will

manage and develop a team of Business Analysts , ensuring high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent analytical standards across the function.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end insights strategy, integrating qualitative and quantitative research Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Partner with global and regional leaders to define key business questions and priorities Line manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts , setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance Oversee the delivery of insight projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact Manage external research agencies and analytics partners Present insight findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Embed best practice in insight generation, storytelling, and decision support across the organisation

Key Skills & Experience Significant experience in a

Lead/Head of Insights, Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Analytics role Strong expertise across

qualitative and quantitative methodologies Proven people-management experience, including leading analytical or insights teams Experience working in

global or multi-market organisations Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using data-driven insights Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, contract environment

Desirable Experience working in matrixed or complex global organisations Background in consumer, brand, or commercial insights Knowledge of European or Dutch markets
