Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team Drive execution excellence and technical delivery Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver high-impact features Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability standards Champion data-driven engineering practices and DevEx improvements

Strong background in modern software architecture Experience managing distributed teams Deep understanding of SDLC metrics (DORA, flow efficiency, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for engineering productivity and continuous improvement
