We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven
Inside Sales Representative
to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will primarily interact with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing, serving as a key driver of our revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively source and contact potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).
Qualifying Leads:
Screen inbound leads provided by marketing to verify needs and budget, then transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives or close deals independently.
Product Demo & Consultation:
Conduct online demonstrations to showcase product/service features and benefits, providing tailored solutions to potential clients.
Pipeline Management:
Accurately record customer interactions, update sales progress, and manage sales forecasts using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Target Achievement:
Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Market Intelligence:
Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor information to assist the company in optimizing products and sales strategies.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelorโs degree or higher. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive Mindset:
High resilience and self-motivation; unafraid of rejection and able to learn and grow from challenges.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office), ERP system (SAP),
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages in reading and writing is a plus.
Active Listening:
Ability to listen to customer pain points and possess strong problem-solving skills.
