As a Workday PRISM Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

Assessing and rationalising client reporting needs and, in collaboration, providing a value-based reporting inventory.

Collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.

Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns for large data sets.

Understanding complex analytics use cases and helping customers identify issues, provide workarounds, and communicate with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues.

Developing technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
