Training Specialist , you’ll own the way customers learn, onboard, and succeed with Elfsquad. You’ll design engaging training programs, deliver inspiring sessions, and continuously improve how we educate users. If you enjoy teaching, structuring knowledge, and working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, this role is for you.

You:

Have

experience in training, enablement, or education , ideally in a SaaS or tech environment Are confident delivering sessions both

in-person and online Can explain complex topics in a

clear, engaging, and structured way Enjoy creating content - from presentations to documentation Think in solutions and continuously looks for ways to improve Are comfortable working with feedback, data, and iteration Strong communication and storytelling skills A proactive, ownership-driven mindset Don’t mind

occasional travel

for customer trainings Fluency in

Dutch and English

(German is a plus)

Your Role

Design and build structured onboarding & training programs

that prepare customers for success Deliver

engaging live and virtual training sessions , tailored to different roles and learning styles Coordinate the practical side of training sessions (scheduling, locations, logistics) Create and maintain

training materials

such as guides, walkthroughs, videos, and documentation Collect feedback from participants and continuously improve training content Work closely with

Implementation, Support, and Product teams

to align training with real customer needs Track training effectiveness using metrics like engagement, satisfaction, and knowledge retention Identify knowledge gaps and proactively introduce new enablement initiatives Act as an internal advocate for

great onboarding and user enablement
