leading European retail group

on a high-priority

technology transformation . We are looking for an experienced

Tech Transformation Manager

to lead cross-European initiatives focused on

infrastructure, cloud, networks, and DevOps . You’ll work closely with senior tech leaders across multiple countries to drive alignment, structure, and delivery of foundational tech capabilities. This role is strategic, operational, and highly visible—ideal for a strong transformation leader with deep tech fluency. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation delivery across European markets.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the C-level .

Oversee and align workstreams in

infrastructure, network, cloud, and DevOps .

Drive structure, momentum, and results in a complex, multinational environment.

10+ years’ experience

in leading tech transformations in large organisations.

Strong understanding of

infrastructure, networks, cloud, and DevOps .

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional change programmes.

Excellent stakeholder and programme leadership skills.

English required; Dutch is a plus.
