Senior Account Manager – ICT & Cloud Solutions Gelderland region, Netherlands (Hybrid)

The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business while expanding and strengthening existing client relationships.

You manage the full commercial lifecycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate complex IT challenges into value-driven solutions across cloud, managed services, and cyber security.

This is a high-ownership role suited to a commercially strategic sales professional who thrives in consultative, multi-stakeholder B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development

Identify and approach new mid-market and enterprise prospects

Build and manage your own pipeline

Convert qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships

Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets

Account Growth

Manage and expand an existing client portfolio

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Build strong relationships with IT Managers and C-level stakeholders

Conduct strategic account planning and quarterly reviews

Analyze customer IT landscapes and digital transformation needs

Collaborate with technical consultants to design tailored solutions

Present commercial proposals and ROI-driven business cases

Lead negotiations and close complex B2B deals

Maintain accurate CRM administration

Forecast revenue and track KPIs

Stay up to date with IT and cloud market developments

Your Profile

4–6+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or account management

Experience selling cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure

Proven track record in new business and target achievement

Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Higher professional education level (or equivalent)

CRM experience

Fluent in Dutch & English
