Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer - Performance Testing eager to contribute to high-performance trading and market exchange environments.

You will join an Agile team working on low-latency, high-availability trading systems, with a focus on building robust automated test frameworks.

Performance testing is a strong asset and it's mandatory for this mission.

✔️ Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework and Load Runner

✔️ Implement and run end-to-end, integration, and regression tests across complex systems

✔️ Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliveries

✔️ Contribute to the definition of test strategy, test coverage, and QA best practices

✔️ Participate in the validation of cloud-based architectures (ideally on GCP)

✔️ Analyze test results, identify issues, and follow up on their resolution

✔️ Maintain test environments, test data, and automation pipelines

✔️ Actively participate in Agile rituals (daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

The Profile We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on test automation

Hands‑on experience with Robot Framework or strong skills in another automation framework with willingness to adapt

Experience with performance testing (LoadRunner or JMeter)

Solid understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing

Previous experience working with Cloud environments (GCP is a plus)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated execution

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) – French is a plus

➕ Experience in trading systems, financial markets, or exchange platforms

➕ Understanding of monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
