The team is responsible for managing and optimizing product distribution across the EMEA region and works closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the data and reporting infrastructure that supports data-driven decision-making within the supply chain organization.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring high data quality, scalable architecture, and reliable reporting solutions. This is an on-site role within an international working environment.

What Will You Do? As a BI Lead / Business Data Engineer, your responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining data pipelines and data models using modern data tooling.

Ensuring data quality, governance, security, and performance standards.

Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business needs.

Leading and coaching a small team of data engineers.

Collaborating closely with supply chain, finance, IT teams, and external partners.

Translating business requirements into technical data solutions.

Who Are You? We are looking for a professional who:

Has 3+ years of experience in BI or data engineering, ideally with leadership experience.

Lives one hour travelling distance of Bergen op zoom

Has strong expertise in data platforms, data modeling, governance, and BI tools.

Has hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and modern data frameworks.

Possesses excellent communication skills and can effectively bridge business and technology.

Feels comfortable working in an international environment.

Experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment is preferred
