You monitor processes, support administrative workflows, and continuously look for opportunities to optimize and improve operations. Your contribution directly impacts the efficiency and performance of the warehouse.

What you will do Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities Support and manage administrative logistics processes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Identify and implement process improvements Maintain accuracy and structure in all workflows Your profile MBO diploma in Logistics or a related field Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus Good communication skills in Dutch and preferably English Team-oriented, yet confident in making independent decisions Accurate, stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-driven Available to work in a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon shifts)
