Freelance Construction Project Manager – Dry Storage New Build Location:

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is building a new dry storage facility and is looking for an experienced freelance Construction Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning and procurement to completion Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources Ensure compliance with Dutch building regulations and health & safety standards Report progress and risks to senior management

Requirements: Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably in industrial, warehouse, or logistics facilities Strong knowledge of Dutch construction regulations Experience with new builds, ideally dry or cold storage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in Dutch and English
