Vacancy: Project Manager

For one of our life science clients, we are looking for temporary support within the global head office. The team is responsible for developing the strategy for specific sales channels. Due to increased workload within the team, additional support is required.

Details: Duration: 3 months Start: directly available is needed Workload: Full time or 3-4 days per week Location: Amsterdam, hybrid

Role and Responsibilities: Provide support to the team by taking over tasks caused by high workload. Step into ongoing projects within the pharmaceutical channel, including product and partnership‑related activities.

Take a significant role in two upcoming congresses: Gathering information Setting up workshops Creative input and conceptual development Internal alignment with different countries Ensuring clear coordination so all stakeholders know what needs to be done

Support an international partnership with a pharmaceutical client: Contribute to engagement campaigns Collaborate with a federation Activate partnership activities Lead and coordinate campaigns Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Experience in communication, project coordination and stakeholder management. Proactive, hands‑on and action‑oriented. Able to organise, structure and manage projects. Life science or pharma experience is a plus.
