Telecom Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own end-to-end delivery of large, complex telecom programs, ensuring strong technical alignment, execution governance, stakeholder management, and financial control. The role requires a blend of telecom domain depth and program leadership, operating across Day-0 / Day-1 / Day-2 lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Program Management

Own program scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics Drive execution from initiation to closure Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with quality Technical & Architecture Governance

Aligning business requirements with network and cloud architecture Drive design reviews, technical signoffs, and solution readiness Ensure coherence across network, cloud, automation, CI/CD, and validation Delivery Governance & Control

Establish and run SteerCos, program reviews, and risk forums Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Enforce change, release, and quality gates Track progress using KPIs and milestones Act as primary execution interface with customers Manage expectations of CXOs, delivery heads, architects, and vendors Coordinate across OEMs, cloud providers, and internal teams Resolve cross-vendor issues impacting timelines or quality Ensure commitments are met without scope or commercial dilution Own effort estimates, delivery budgets, and cost tracking Aligning with sales and finance on P&L, billing milestones, and revenue Prevent effort leakage and scope creep MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Telecom & Technical

Strong experience in Telecom Networks 4G / 5G Core, IMS, Signaling, SDM Understanding of Telco Cloud / CaaS / Virtualization Experience working with multi-vendor environments (e.g., Nokia, Oracle, cloud platforms) Solid grasp of Day-0 / Day-1 / Day-2 lifecycle Ability to engage in architecture and technical discussions (not hands-on coding) Program & Delivery

10–18+ years of experience in program / delivery management Proven track record of large, complex E2E program delivery Strong experience in governance, risk management, and escalation handling Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams Leadership & Communication

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management Ability to operate with ambiguity and scale Decision-making mindset with ownership and accountability
