Global Legal & Compliance Director (Malta / Amsterdam)

We’re Hiring: Global Legal & Compliance Director Location: This role can be based in Malta or Amsterdam Reports to: CEO / Executive Leadership

We are a fast-growing, multinational direct selling company operating distribution centers and warehouses across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are seeking a Global Legal & Compliance Director responsible for overseeing all global legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the company’s international operations, ensuring the business operates securely, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities Lead global legal and compliance strategy across all operating markets Ensure compliance with FDA, OTC, cosmetics, and direct selling/MLM regulations Oversee drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, supplier agreements, influencer agreements, and distribution partnerships Manage international regulatory matters and coordinate external counsel worldwide Oversee global compliance programs, internal policies, and risk controls Manage litigation, disputes, and legal risk exposure Protect intellectual property, trademarks, and brand assets Support leadership on international expansion and cross-border legal matters

Qualifications JD degree and active legal license 7–12+ years of legal experience Experience in consumer goods, health & wellness, direct selling, or regulated industries preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory and international business law Business-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
