Job Requirements As Operations Lead at Qogita, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing world class operations. This role requires a combination of analytical rigor and hands-on operating experience. As we scale up, you will lead initiatives that ensure a seamless delivery experience, enabling our suppliers (wholesales) to get goods to our buyers (retailers) via delivery that is fast, cost effective, and defect free. Who You Are Base Qualifications 5+ years relevant work experience in a related field (start-up / scale-up operations, consulting, business operations, tech, banking, etc.) Self-starter - you take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Analytical problem solver - can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them, applying analytical rigor to complex problems Strong operations and business intuition - have sound business judgement and can quickly assess operational feasibility while designing solutions that scale across 30+ countries Stellar project management skills - demonstrated ability to lead high impact initiatives involving multiple internal and external teams Extraordinarily fast learner - naturally curious, with the ability and desire to deeply understand new topics and skills Bonus Qualifications Solid analytical foundation - know SQL to query large datasets, can build models in spreadsheets and have experience with data visualization tools Strong communicator - can crisply communicate insights and project plans across different levels of the organization Scrappy and resourceful - when something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen Job Responsibilities What you'll be working on Identify operational bottlenecks; deploy solutions proactively. Spearhead projects to manage growth across new geographies and product categories. Lead organization wide initiatives that improve the end to end customer experience. For example you may: roll out sustainable packaging to all of our sellers; analyze and refine our delivery network to reduce delivery times; plan and open a new logistics hub. Negotiate with and actively manage relationships with third party logistics providers to improve cost and service level performance. Design, test, and scale operational processes (we focus on rapidly iterating and improving all aspects of our business). Define SLAs and performance dashboards to support data-led decision-making. Manage transportation logistics, packaging, warehousing, and shipment quality—ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
