About the Role
Field-based sales role focused on building long-term, strategic relationships with industrial clients. Consultative selling of technical services and solutions related to energy and asset management. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Salary: fixed yearly salary of 60/€65K gross per year + attractive guaranteed bonus, company car, and insurance benefits.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert strategic opportunities into service contracts and projects.
Maintain high customer proximity: understand client processes, installed base, and energy/asset needs.
Collaborate closely with engineers, technical specialists, and service teams.
Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets, accurate forecasting, and structured CRM reporting.
Qualifications
min Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Commercial studies.
Required Skills
min 5+ years in technical B2B sales or services sales (industrial or energy sectors preferred).
Strong consultative, strategic, and value-driven selling skills.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
Fluent Dutch is mandatory (customer-facing) and professional English.
Valid driving license for frequent customer visits.
Preferred Skills
Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability.
