Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Manage sales orders end-to-end, including PO confirmation and issuance. Coordinate cross-functional resources related to contract terms to ensure smooth and compliant contract execution. Handle contract amendments and return merchandise (RMA) processes. Conduct customer account reconciliation, support invoice issuance, and manage payment clearing. Track and analyze demo unit data within the region and drive the return of long-idle demo equipment. Take on additional tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language. Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas business operations, sales support, or project management; B2B or cross-border trade experience is a strong plus. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Highly responsible and execution-driven, with a strong team spirit, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
